SUMMARY:

We seek a highly motivated, self-driven, and detail-oriented Pipe Lining Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will thrive in an independent work environment and demonstrate exceptional attention to detail in every aspect of the job. This position involves operating inversion lining equipment and UV-cured lining systems to complete sewer rehabilitation projects. Training will be provided for UV lining materials if needed, but experience with inversion lining is required.

COMPENSATION:

$20 to $24/hour plus commission

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

•

Operate inversion lining equipment and install sewer liners, ensuring high accuracy and quality control.

•

Assist with UV-cured lining installation, adhering to precise specifications (training provided for UV systems).

•

Self-manage tasks and schedules to complete projects on time, with minimal supervision.

•

Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot lining equipment independently, addressing issues proactively.

•

Maintain detailed records of work performed, ensuring clear and accurate documentation.

•

Collaborate with team members when necessary while focusing on individual responsibilities.

•

Follow safety protocols and meet project specifications with high attention to detail.

•

Ensure quality assurance through thorough inspections and adherence to company and industry standards.

QUALIFICATIONS:

•

Valid Class A CDL is required.

•

Previous experience with inversion lining systems is required.

•

Experience with UV lining materials is a plus, but training will be provided for UV systems.

•

Previous excavation experience is preferred but not mandatory.

•

Must demonstrate a high attention to detail and a passion for precision work.

•

Must be self-motivated and able to work independently and manage tasks autonomously.

•

Ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve with minimal supervision.

•

Ability to lift and carry heavy equipment and materials as needed.

•

Comfortable working in various weather conditions and challenging environments.
