Job Summary:

Ally Waste is seeking a talented and experienced HR Generalist to join our People Operations Team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the department runs smoothly, maintaining compliance with relevant regulations (especially in California), leveraging expertise in the Paylocity HRIS system, and contributing to our People Operations Team. Possession of an HR certification (e.g. SHRM-CP or PHR) is highly desirable.
