Purpose of Role: The HR Generalist is responsible for tasks relating to talent acquisition, policy and compliance, employee questions, training development, and WBS (Weir Business Solutions) support.

Key Responsibilities:* Provide HR Guidance: Offer HR support in areas such as policy/procedure interpretation/application, employee questions, and management support with process and best practices.

Job Knowledge/Education and Qualifications:* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
