P&C Project Engineer - $135,000 - $170,000

At B19 Consulting, we’re seeking a skilled Project Engineer with a strong background in protection & control design for high-voltage substations (15–500 kV). Responsibilities:

- Lead substation protection & control design projects

- Develop one-lines, schematics, wiring diagrams, SCADA/comm interfaces

- Perform relay studies, settings, and coordination

- Collaborate across teams and with clients

- Visit project sites as needed for walk-downs or material delivery

- Support proposals and project scoping

Ideal qualifications:

- B.S. in Electrical Engineering (ABET-accredited)

- PE license (required)

- 6+ years experience in P&C design for utility substations - Strong technical communication and mentoring skills
