Paving Foreman

Summary:

Our company began in 1988 and have been expanding each year without limits. We are in search of someone who is a self starter and ambitious. We have very competitive pay and are willing to negotiate based on experience. We also offer significant bonuses. We need someone who can manage our paving crew and equipment as well as work on the jobs each and every day with them. For that person who lives further away we are offering housing for the season. Travel expenses are also covered. We also offer health insurance for the employee and family. We are interviewing for the 2026 season now.

Requirements:

* Must have many years of experience working on a crew, No less than 5 years experience

* Must work well with others and have good communication skills

* Must have valid driver license

* Must be able to run all equipment used in the application of paving from preparation to the finished product

* Must have absolute knowledge of all aspects of this type of industry

* Safety comes first! Must be safety conscious.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50.00 per hour
