Offering quality brands like Rehlko (formerly KOHLER®) and Atlas Copco, the PSW team provides new equipment, service, parts, and rental power solutions for data center, commercial, municipal, and residential facilities that require emergency generator back-up power.


What is the job?

The Parts Supervisor is accountable for selling activities involving over the counter and service parts customer requests as well as for warehouse shipping and receiving actions. This position checks repair work orders for parts billed and charges out necessary parts on work orders; coordinates with Parts Management to ensure inventory accuracy and timely delivery of parts. Serves as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) on all parts administrative policies and processes including – parts storage, tracking issues, confirming stock orders and ensuring all other administrative policies are adhered to and strictly followed during the sales process for over-the-counter parts and service parts requests.

Invoice parts on work orders daily
Maintain Parts Warehouse
Pick up parts from local vendors, when necessary


Qualifications:

Ability to read and interpret documents, such as safety rules, catalogs, computer displays, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals in order to determine replacement part stock numbers and prices.
Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
Excellent phone, computer, and communication skills. Ability to speak effectively before customers and employees.
Knowledge of automated equipment such as computer terminals, bar code wands, and laser scanning equipment used to read, store, query, route, and track data.
Ability to calculate discounts, interest, and percentages. Ability to apply concepts of basic math.
Ability to accurately carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
Ability to deal with problems and solve
Ability to load, unload, and move materials within or near storage areas and work sites that are near operational areas.
Proficient in the Microsoft Office product. Prior ERP experience, preferred.
Possess and maintain a valid Driver’s License
Flexible team player; must be available to travel when necessary – about 5% of the time

This role requires a mix of time at a desk and moving around the warehouse and parts storage area. The employee is occasionally exposed to work near moving mechanical parts, work in high, precarious places on ladders, outdoor weather conditions and vibration, and a generally moderate noise. The employee is occasionally required to climb or balance and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 100 pounds.

§ Competitive Hourly Rate: Pay range for this role is $65,000-$80,000, dependent upon experience
