YesJOB DESCRIPTION
Position Summary
Maintain inventory items required to support oil and gas production equipment. Perform general housekeeping duties. Maintain customer relations for inside and outside sales. Clean and repair valves and regulators.Essential functions
Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform these essential functions.* Determine replacement parts required, according to inspections of old parts, customer requests, or customers descriptions of malfunctions
•Receive and fill orders for parts
•Prepare sales slips or sales contracts
•Stock and organize inventory
•Advise customers on substitution or modification of parts when identical replacements are not available
•Examine returned parts for defects and exchange defective parts or refund money
•Mark store parts in stockrooms according to prearranged systems
•Discuss use and features of various parts, based on knowledge of machines or equipment
•Place new merchandise on display
•Measure parts, using precision measuring instruments, in order to determine whether similar parts may be machined to required sizes
•Repair parts or equipment
•Inspect physical conditions of warehouse and order testing, maintenance, repair or replacements as necessary
•Examine products or materials to estimate quantities or weight and type of container required for storage or transport
•Arrange for necessary shipping documentation
•Track and trace goods while they are en-route to their destinations, expediting orders when necessary
•Employee may also be asked by supervisor or other management to perform tasks that would be outside the parameters of duties or job functions, you will be expected to complete these job functions as well
