Pay is based on performance! The more productive you are, the more money you can make! Pay starts at $20/hr minimum with opportunities for bonuses every week!

If you are only making the minimum each week, somethings is wrong. We want you to be making $30-$40+. per hour each week based on your performance.

You'll be working on a team with 1 or 2 other painters. You'll be taking excellent care of our clients by providing a high quality and professional paint job and striving to earn a 5-star review from each homeowner we serve.

We paint both interiors and exteriors, so professional appearance is a must. We will provide uniforms. Taking good care of our customer's homes is incredibly important!

Requirements:

- Detail-oriented mindset and a commitment to delivering high-quality results

- Excellent communication and teamwork skills

- Valid driver's license and clean driving record

- Reliable transportation.

- Hardworking! No "clock-milking" attitudes are tolerated. The more you produce, the more we all get paid.
