We are looking for team members who understand industrial safety standards, can work independently, and appreciate a culture rooted in character and accountability.
- Follow production schedules and direction from your Supervisor
- Select appropriate tools and equipment for each coating project
- Prepare surfaces through cleaning, drying, masking, and other prep methods
- Mix and prepare paints or coatings according to job specifications
- Apply a variety of industrial coatings using proper tools and techniques
- Work in confined spaces when required, using appropriate PPE
- Assist in rigging large components for movement or positioning prior to coating
- Suggest improvements to tools, processes, or equipment
- Use thickness gauges and other measurement tools to verify coating quality
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area
- Follow all OSHA, HazMat, and company safety procedures for materials handling
- Report equipment malfunctions or concerns to supervision
- Wear specialized PPE such as respirators, protective suits, and eyewear
- Perform routine cleaning and basic maintenance of painting equipment

- High School Diploma or GED
- 2+ years of experience in automotive and/or industrial coating application preferred- Familiarity with surface prep methods such as media-blasting, chemical etching, and degreasing
- Ability to work independently and stay focused
- Self-starter mindset with minimal need for supervision
- Dependability, strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn
- Team-oriented attitude and professionalism
- Ability to safely lift, push, or pull up to 50 pounds
- Comfort working at elevations, on ladders, and performing overhead painting
- Ability to work in various climates and environments
- Ability to use a respirator (fit-test required)
- Ability to stand for prolonged periods
- Auto Body or Industrial Painting certifications
- Experience with industrial coatings used on mechanical/industrial equipment
