Load and unload parts on paint line. Watch for issues with steel / parts; such as missing weld, component, pierce hole, excess oil, rust, scale, etc. Hang and remove part racks from line conveyor. Keep parts picked up off floor and work area clean. Help anywhere on the line where needed. Pre-load parts or wipe off burn off parts when not needed on the line. Watch for bad paint on parts and sort out into suspect area. Pack parts in proper containers and quantities, using correct partitions / dunnage to prevent scratches on parts. Handle all painted parts with care when packaging. Operate counting scales to get correct pack quantities. Record all production and suspect parts in plex. Complete first and last piece inspection on all automotive jobs.
