About This Job

K-Fab Inc. is seeking a experienced Powder Coater to join our team. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and efficiently of our powder coating process.

Responsibilities:

•

Applying powder paint to a variety of surfaces and parts.

•

Operate all coating equipment including guns and booth collection system.

•

Determine paint flow, viscosity, and coating quality by visual inspection.

•

Bake parts at appropriate temperatures within time limits.

•

Ensure all components are coated efficiently and are within customer specifications.

•

Ensure quality standards and safety guidelines are being met.

•

Knowledge of coatings and safety data sheets.

•

May perform other tasks as assigned.

Job Requirements:

•

Strong background in powder coating

•

Strong attention to detail and quality standards

•

Must be able to follow directions and work independently without supervision

•

Must be able to stand for 8-11 hours at a time in a work environment without regulated temperatures.

•

Must have good attendance and time management skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $25.00 per hour
