POSITION PURPOSE:

Accurately packing, ship Confirm and invoice all small parcel sales orders shipped to customers and load all shipments into conveyor (lose box), TL’s, LTL’s and special customers following regular packing process.

POSITION SUMMARY:

- Pack and consolidate small parcel orders as needed using VARSITY system.

- The incumbent will use JDE VARSITY systems to process all small parcel orders (Prepaid, 3rd Party and Collect).

- Processor must verify pick slip information such as order ship to address, charge codes and box count and compare it to the systems' information before invoicing and ship confirming customers small parcel orders.

- Assure to comply with all customer’s requirements.

- Place carrier’s labels on boxes.

- Load FedEx ground small parcel packages into conveyor.

- Move FedEx priority overnight, Next Day and UPS packages to assigned area.

- Pack and consolidate TL’s, LTL’s and special customers (Amazon, Home Depot, Canada) according to requirements.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:

- Pack and consolidate small parcel orders as needed using VARSITY system.

- Ship Confirm and invoice all small parcel sales orders shipped to company’s customers.

- Pack and consolidate TL’s, LTL’s and special customers’ requirements.

- Other duties as assigned.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

- Schedule Flexibility and available for overtime.

- Basic Computer Skills. Excel, Word, and Access experience preferred.

- Warehouse Materials handler knowledge.

- JDE System knowledge.

- Bilingual English/Spanish (Desirable)

WORK ENVIRONMENT :

Employee will be exposed to moderate noise level. Due to the open environment of the warehouse, must be able to work in various weather and temperature conditions to include extreme heat, humidity and cold. High forklift traffic.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS :

Employee must be able to work standing, frequent bending, stooping, squatting, kneeling, pushing, and pulling of parts, lift up to 50 lbs. Move boxes 50% of the time or more.
