Package Route Driver - Class B

EcoLube Recovery, a Pacific Northwest owned and operated company, is seeking a dedicated Package Route Driver to join our team in Puyallup, WA. As a key member of our team, you will drive a Class B truck over an established route to collect containerized waste and deliver new products to our customers. Responsibilities

- Collect spent antifreeze from tanks and totes and deliver new products to customer locations.

- Organize route service events efficiently and communicate regularly with Customer Service/Dispatch.

- Load and unload containerized waste, ensuring all containers are properly labelled.

- Accurately complete all required customer and DOT paperwork.

- Inform regular customers of new products or services and resolve service complaints professionally.

- Maintain cleanliness and good operating order of the collection truck.

- Comply with all ELR safety and environmental policies and standard operating procedures.

Qualifications

- High School diploma or equivalent.

- 2 years experience driving Class B vehicles preferred.

- 1-2 years route-based driving experience highly preferred.

- Valid Class B CDL with tanker endorsement or willingness to obtain it.

- Ability to drive a manual transmission.

- Basic operating knowledge of computers, including basic Office suite.

- Strong customer service, problem-solving, and organization skills.

- Ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing in English.

- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Compensation

The pay range for this position is $28-30/hr. This position is also eligible for quarterly bonuses in accordance with ELR's Safety Bonus Program.
