Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Outside Sales Trainee based in the Midland-Odessa area, with some ability to work from home. The role involves supporting the sales team, managing client accounts, and providing exceptional customer service. Day-to-day responsibilities include learning and delivering sales pitches, building and maintaining relationships with clients, assisting with field services as needed, and participating in training to develop necessary expertise. The candidate will also contribute to achieving sales goals and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the customer lifecycle.

- Qualifications

- Positive and Energetic Attitude to build and nurture strong client relationships

- Prior experience or willingness to engage in Training and skill development

- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities

- Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multitasking in a dynamic environment

- Willingness to travel within the Permian/Delaware Basin area as required

- Microsoft Suite and the ability to competently operate a computer

- Must be able to pass drug screening and background check.

- Valid driver's license and decent driving record
