This is a full-time hybrid role for an Outside Sales Trainee based in the Midland-Odessa area, with some ability to work from home. The role involves supporting the sales team, managing client accounts, and providing exceptional customer service. Day-to-day responsibilities include learning and delivering sales pitches, building and maintaining relationships with clients, assisting with field services as needed, and participating in training to develop necessary expertise. The candidate will also contribute to achieving sales goals and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the customer lifecycle.
