Responsible for all sales activities , included but not limited to, finding new business for the company, assisting with assigned accounts and manage quality and consistency of service. Supervise staff in accordance with company policies and procedures.
· Present and sell company services to current and potential clients.
· Prepare action plans and schedules to specific targets and to project the number of contacts to be made.
· Follow up on new leads and referrals resulting from field activity.
· Identify sales prospects and contact these and other accounts as assigned.
· Develop and maintain sales materials and current service knowledge.
· Establish and maintain current client and potential client relationships.
· Identify and resolve client concerns and billing problems.
· Responsible for collections of past due accounts with help of office staff.
· Supervise employees in accordance with company policies and procedures.
· Conduct job site inspections for quality of service and proper safety procedures.
· Assist employees to resolve complex or out of policy operation problems.
· Coach and provide career development advice to employees.
· Responsible to meet company productivity and quality goals.
· Assist office staff in any help to make work flow in operations as smooth as possible.
· Participate in monthly sales meeting to further grow sales efforts and future of sales.
· Participate in sales education such as attending Sandler Sales Classes or such sales educations.
· Participate in supervisory education to further career goals in management.
· Basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skill required. This is normally acquired through a high school diploma or equivalent and on the job training.
· Ability to persuade and influence others. Ability to develop and deliver presentations ability to create, compose, and edit written materials. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Good knowledge of services provided by company. This is normally acquired through job experience or 3 years of experience in sales.
· Work requires significant local travel to current and potential clients. Work also requires willingness to work a flexible schedule and occasional overnight travel. This requires the possession of a valid Washington state drivers license.
· Visibility requires maintaining a professional appearance and providing a positive company image to the public.
· Work requires also wearing proper company clothing and appropriate safety gear to conduct business on and around construction sites.
· Working conditions are normal for an office environment. This requires no use of inappropriate language and a respect to the office staff.
