Outside Sales Representative

Job Description:

We are looking to fill the position of Lead Generator in the Toledo Ohio area. Your job will be working for SGI as a sales appointment generator inside your local Home Depot store. This specific post is for generating leads in one of the Toledo Ohio stores.

The purpose of the role is to generate leads for sales of residential heating and cooling systems, and whole home generators. When you generate a lead, you are scheduling an appointment for our sales rep to visit the customers home and provide them with a free in-home estimate. You will be initiating engagement with store customers with the goal of scheduling sales appointments. We have a permanent display in the store and your role is to let shoppers know that we offer free in-home estimates for residential heating and cooling systems. You DO NOT need to know anything about furnaces, air conditioners or generators to succeed.

Compensation:

$20 per hour

$25 for every lead that a sales rep gets into the home

1% commission on every lead that results in a sale

Our average job is $10,000, so your commission on that would be $100

Our ideal candidate will have:

Three to five years previous sales/business experience or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
