We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Outside Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth by developing relationships with potential clients, managing existing accounts, and identifying new business opportunities. Responsibilities
•Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of leads through in bound and proactive leads.
•Manage territory effectively by prioritizing accounts and strategizing outreach efforts.
•Present and demonstrate products to prospective clients, highlighting features and benefits.
•Negotiate contracts and close sales while ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the process.
•Collaborate with leadership to ensure seamless customer service and production expectations including follow up with clients.
•Upsell additional products or services to existing customers to maximize revenue potential.
•Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market trends in the CRM system.
Skills
•Proven experience in retail sales or outside sales with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
•Proficiency in software tools related to sales tracking and customer relationship management.
•Excellent lead generation skills with the ability to identify potential clients effectively.
•Strong business development acumen with a keen understanding of market dynamics.
•Exceptional territory management skills to optimize coverage and maximize sales opportunities.
•Ability to negotiate effectively, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements for both the company and clients.
•Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport with diverse clientele.
•A proactive approach to problem-solving with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
