Quality Propane in North Stonington, CT is looking to hire an upbeat, energetic person with a proven track record in sales, positive attitude and a great personality to join our team for an outside sales position. As an Outside Sales Representative, you will be instrumental in driving sales growth and enhancing customer relationships.
Candidate must have experience in sales as well as in-office customer service and computer skills. This unique opportunity starts with assisting customer service in the office, learning our software and assisting with answering phones and other various office duties. Outside training will be done with our sales and service department to learn the products and how to provide estimates for our customers. The outside sales portion of this position will start in the late Spring of 2025. There is mix of cold call selling as well as pre-set appointments done by our staff, as potential customers call us for our services. This position offers a base pay rate during training and while assisting in the office. Once the outside sales position begins, commission will be added to the base pay as well as a company vehicle to drive during business hours.
