We are seeking a highly driven and motivated applicant to join our team. As an outside sales representative, you will be responsible for canvassing neighborhoods (knocking door to door), educating customers regarding no-cost programs available in their area, and presenting a friendly face to our customers. You will be responsible for attending ongoing training, remaining knowledgeable about ongoing programs, and scheduling an assigned technician. Our sales representatives are a vital part of our team in ensuring customers are properly educated regarding energy savings measures while promoting a friendly and outgoing attitude.

Synergy Companies help to provide no-cost energy -saving programs to applicants of the local public utilities. We are a subcontractor for Southern California's local natural gas, electric, and water utility companies. We have teamed up with these utilities to provide their customers with measures/ items that we install to reduce the home's electricity, water, and natural gas usage. Responsibilities:
•Convey products and services effectively to customers in person
•Covey the benefits of the services available to customer, training provided
•Canvass (Knocking door to door), distribute program literature, and schedule a technician for a minimum of 5 appointments daily
•Become certified and badged for the Energy savings Assistance programs
•Keep in regular communication with the office, assigned the technician, and manager
•Have a friendly and outgoing attitude
•Remain knowledgeable about programs going on with in the company
•Maintain a presentable and professional appearance
•Become certified and badged for the Energy saving assistance program
•In-home sales: WOrk closely with clients in-home to create customized energy-efficient solutions that align with their goals and objectives
•Cross-salling and upselling: Recognize opportunities to offer additional services or products to our existing client base, increasing sales and enhancing customer satisfaction
•Market research: Stay informed about the energy industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies to stay ahead in the marketplace.
Qualifications:
•Ability to look presentable and speak clearly
•Positive and professional demeanor
•Fluency in multiple languages is a plus
•Client management experience recommended
•Basic computer and IPad skills
•Pass drug and background screening
Compensation and Benefits:
•The first year's earning potential ranges from $45,000 -$105,000 (OTE), Varying based on performance with uncapped commissions. WIth a wide range of products and services, cross selling to previous customers can naturally increase your annualized income.
