We are currently looking for Full-Time Outside Sales Representatives
to join our Team within the Sales department.
1. Located in the Wisconsin, Iowa, MO, and Indiana, United States

is Hybrid/ Remote
3. The employee works off-site with an occasional visit to the main office located in our Chicago headquarters.
Our Associates are responsible for developing and implementing, with the support of the Director of Sales, strategies for the profitable growth of new and existing customers and the incremental growth in market share throughout the assigned territories. Collaborate with all Charter personnel to determine actions that need to be accomplished to grow the business within the territory. Enhance relationships across all levels of the Charter customer base.

- Responsible for representing Charter Steel to its customers by creating and maintaining professional business relationships with key decision makers and influencers at different levels within the organization at both current and prospective customers.
- Ability to provide customers guidance on company products and processing services.
- Successfully generate, negotiate, and secure sales orders.
- Strategically manage pricing/margins, contractual business, and forecasts.
- Proactively communicate with the appropriate internal parties (customer service, production, management, purchasing, transportation) to ensure that we meet and exceed the expectations of our customers.
- Ensure compliance with all company and client policies and procedures.
- Able to communicate professionally and effectively both verbally and in writing.
- Able to provide reports regarding territory activity, target prospecting, and strategic commercial growth plans.
- College degree (preferred)
- Sales experience
- Ability to travel
- Valid driver's license and insurance
- Computer proficiency
