Our PSS business unit is looking for a driven, curious, and relationship-oriented Outside Sales Representative ready to build their career in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
This role is perfect for an early- to mid-career sales professional who’s ready to take ownership of a territory, grow accounts, and work directly with the people who make big things happen in the field every day.
What You’ll Be Doing
•Build strong relationships by visiting new and existing customers regularly - you’ll be the face of PSS in your territory.
•Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive outreach, market research, and your own creativity.
•Provide responsive, solutions-driven support to customers - if they need it, you’ll find a way to get it done.
•Collaborate with marketing to spotlight opportunities and grow awareness of key product lines.
•Work closely with operations to ensure timely delivery and outstanding service.
•Keep customer data organized and up-to-date using our CRM (yes, we use it every day).
•Pull reports, spot trends, and use data to drive smart decisions and fuel sales growth.
•Submit expense reports and projects in a timely, professional manner.
•Keep your manager and teammates in the loop - we’re better together when we communicate clearly.
What We’re Looking For
•A working knowledge of the oil & gas, midstream, or industrial supply space is helpful - but grit, hustle, and a willingness to learn go even further.
•A self-starter with strong time management and follow-through - someone who doesn’t wait to be told what to do.
•Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport quickly with customers and teammates alike.
•Confidence in presenting solutions and negotiating deals - you’re someone who closes with credibility.
•A team-first mindset. Sales may be your lane, but you know it takes a full crew to win the game.
