Outside Sales Representative

Marcco Flood Restoration is dedicated to assisting homeowners, property managers, and HOAs with property damage resulting from water, fire, or mold. This role is for a Business Development Representative, focused on connecting with and assisting our customers.

What We’re Looking For:

- At least 1 year of experience in sales or customer service

- Experience in a fast-paced service company is a plus

What You’ll Be Doing

- Building relationships and identifying new sales opportunities

- Keeping our sales database updated

- Running targeted marketing campaigns

- Reporting weekly on your results

- Learning about the industry and our competition

- Tracking all sales activities to achieve daily goals

- Understanding the needs of potential customers

- Conducting research to help find new leads

- Offering support to both customers and teammates

- Negotiating commitments while maintaining good relationships

- Staying motivated by the success of your customers and the team

Pay: $66,332.00 - $81,000.00 per year
