Since 1981 Southeast Culvert has been serving the southeast region with quality storm drainage products and exceptional customer service. Southeast Culvert is a leading manufacturer and distributor of storm drainage and water quality products and is looking to expand our sales team into Florida. We offer a wide variety of products for the storm drainage market including Corrugated Metal Pipe, High Density Corrugated Plastic Pipe, Water Quality Solutions, Underground Detention, Concrete Headwalls, and other complimentary products.

Responsibilities:
•Working throughout Central and West areas of Florida, establish and manage relationships with both new and existing Southeast Culvert customers. Continue to build these relationships and provide exceptional customer service.
•Develop and maintain trusting relationships and possess a thorough understanding of customer needs
•Expand existing customer base with new clients as we continue to grow our business.
•Complete take-offs by reading plans, specifications, state, and county regulations to prepare quotations.
•Entry of project information into a CRM and track projects through its cycle.
•Operate as key point of contact between customer and company to ensure accurate info is obtained and passed to right people.
•Manage the order entry of our products, submittal approval with clients and collaborate with our operations and logistics department to coordinate the fabrication and delivery of our products.
•Complete understanding and product knowledge on all the products we manufacture and distribute.
•Perform all work in a professional, accurate, detailed, and timely manner.
•Work to generate job quotations and offer value add solutions where opportunities present.
•Serve by aiding in coordination of deliveries.
•Personal visits with all customers on a regular basis to secure and develop long lasting and loyal customer relationships.
•Work to resolve issues and problems customers/SEC operations may have.
•Negotiate to win job proposals.
•Generate and follow leads for new business.

Qualifications:
•Minimum 3 - 5 years of sales experience in water retention, utilities, culvert/pipes
•Competent in Microsoft Office and Equivalent CRM
•Proven ability to build strong relationships with new customers
•Comfortable with sales process and use of both sales and order technology tools
