What You’ll Do

As the vital link between our high-quality roofing projects and satisfied customers, your daily responsibilities include:

•

Accurate Assessments: Inspect roofs and attics; safely climb and use ladders to evaluate damage and project requirements.

•

Precise Estimating: Measure roofing and repair projects to deliver accurate, competitive estimates using our CRM system.

•

Customer Engagement: Guide homeowners through every step—from initial consultation to project completion—ensuring a hassle-free, outstanding experience.

•

Follow-Up: Consistent follow-up with pending customers.

•

Data & Documentation: Maintain detailed records and communicate effectively with customers and internal teams to capture all project details.

What We’re Looking For

Safety & Skills: Must possess a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record, be comfortable climbing roofs, and safely use ladders.
