Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Outside Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the face of Liberty Pest Control, meeting with prospective clients who have already expressed interest in our services through preset appointments. Your primary responsibility will be to conduct thorough property evaluations (our FREE walk-in evaluations), present our tailored solutions, articulate our unique value proposition, and close new business agreements. This is a lucrative opportunity for a skilled closer who excels at building rapport and demonstrating value.
Requirements
•Proven experience in outside sales, preferably in a service-based industry (B2C or B2B). Experience presenting solutions and closing sales is mandatory.
•Exceptional communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. You must be comfortable and effective in face-to-face client interactions.
•Strong ability to understand client needs and tailor presentations accordingly.
•Self-motivated, results-oriented, and driven by achieving and exceeding sales targets.
•Professional appearance and demeanor, representing the Liberty Pest Control standard of excellence.
•Reliability, excellent time management, and organizational skills to manage a schedule of appointments across the Tri-State area.
•Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required.
