CW Waste Services is a locally owned and certified WBE Central Indiana waste processing, disposal, and recycling company. We have grown rapidly, playing our part in the renewal of urban, campus, rural, civil, building, and public works projects, meeting the technological, cultural, and social demands of the 21st Century.

Job Description

Our ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of sales experience, preferably within the waste and recycling industries. We will only be considering people who live in Lafayette, IN or the surrounding area but they will report to our Indianapolis, IN Headquarters location.

As a sales professional you will be responsible for identifying and obtaining new business within your geographic assignment and working closely with the internal team to ensure customer expectations are being met. Candidates must be self-starters and be able to work with minimal supervision. Territory management and communication is a key component to becoming successful in this position.
