Pella Windows and Doors of Northern Indiana is searching for Outside Sales Representatives in trade/new construction who show a competitive drive, outgoing nature, and thrive on overcoming challenges.

What you will be doing
You will build the Pella brand within the trade/construction industry as their premier choice for window and door solutions while utilizing the resources of a well established company, sales tools, and your expertise to drive unlimited earning potential in your sales territory.
•Sell quality engineered products and services that are unmatched in the construction industry by engaging with customers in a consultative sales approach to satisfy the diverse needs of the trade industry
•Drive relationships with builders, contractors, architects, professional remodelers, and trade organizations to build a customer base and become the window and door expert in your area
•Bring a consistent, positive, and professional approach to both the sales experience and operational focus
•Accurately complete and submit all documentation necessary to ensure products can be ordered and scheduled for delivery within realistic expectations of your customers

•Skilled at relating to a variety of customers while balancing poise and integrity with a service mentality
•Able to negotiate, build value and address objections towards closing a sale
•Able to grasp technical concepts related to general construction
•Ability to read, interpret, and take-off blueprints is a plus
•Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability to changing processes and priorities
•Excellent communication skills - can sell something new, shift paradigms, conveys the value proposition
•Coachable and highly enthusiastic
•Proficiency with Microsoft Office and smart devices, and ability to learn internal software programs and applications
Willing to Travel
The vast majority of travel will be local. Must be able to drive to showrooms, job sites and customer/contractor locations and required company functions at various locations. Clear driving record and background check are required.
