We are currently recruiting an Outside Sales Engineer/Professional for our Fort Worth office in Texas. Job Responsibilities:
•Develop and execute business development strategies to drive growth of our products and services.
•Demonstrate a good understanding of our products and service models, in order to effectively communicate and engage with existing and potential customers.
•Identify and engage with potential customers, evaluating their suitability and alignment with PPI’s business objectives. Travel to the customer’s site as required.
•Identify the sales objectives, information needed, and actions to implement your plan.
•Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and potential risks.
•Handle pressure and effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
•Embrace new challenges and demonstrate a willingness to learn and adapt, even with limited guidance.
Qualifications:
•Bachelor's degree in Engineering, or a related field preferred.
•Proven experience in business development, preferably in the Pressure Products ecosystem.
•Demonstrated experience working with lead generation and realization.
Experience & Skills:
•Good understanding of pressure vessels and related industry services and solutions.
•Experience with petrochemical, utility, commercial/industrial refrigeration and/or chemical process industries and their requirements in relation to our products.
•Proactive and self-driven approach to problem-solving.
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
•Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team
•Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
•Flexibility and adaptability to navigate through ambiguity and changing business requirements.
