Responsible for the effective design and implementation of the outreach components of complex clean energy programs to meet the requirements of PSE’s Clean Energy Implementation Plan. This role works to increase customer awareness and participation of PSE’s clean energy programs, such as electric vehicles, solar and batteries, among vulnerable and highly impacted populations in a way that is culturally sensitive and reduces barriers to access to clean energy.

Provides input to strategic planning process of the outreach components of these programs in partnership with team members leading other elements of the program.. Through cross-functional collaboration and excellent team building and management, this position will be a key initiative team member and pro-actively clarify and challenge expectations about the outreach goals of these programs. This role will work to identify customer types that may be the right audience for these programs through researching local communities in partnership with the Outreach team to understand opportunities for engagement.

+ Conducts research and analysis to understand the programmatic and technological details of the programs to determine the most strategic approach for engaging customers in the program.

The pay range for this position is $91,100.00 - $151,600.00, and this position is eligible for annual goals based incentive bonuses.
