Job Overview:

The Outreach Specialist will complete assessments through an in-home audit by verifying the eligibility of all Southern California Gas Company, Southern California Edison, Southwest Gas, and Bear Valley Electric customers. All Outreach Specialists are expected to follow the structural guidelines established by the Energy Saving Assistance Program (ESAP). The Outreach Specialist is expected to canvass, telemarket and find potential customers that meet the program guidelines. The Outreach Specialist must attend in-person or virtual appointments self-generated or scheduled by the MGM Energy Call Center. Our Energy Specialist should have the ability to provide outstanding customer service and good communication skills.

The Position:

We’re looking for an Outreach Specialist. This is a commission-based position ranging on average between $50,000-$70,000 per year Plus Bonus.
