Order Entry and Customer Service Administrator

A family-owned company since 1938, Rex Heat Treat has grown to become a leading heat treatment provider to the U.S. Military, the aerospace industry, the medical industry, the nuclear industry, and more industries across the country. We are currently seeking an Order Entry and Customer Service Administrator for our Landsdale, PA facility.

We’re growing and we need passionate, skilled individuals to grow with us.

This candidate will handle different heat treat specifications or Purchase Order requirements to figure out the right processing methods for certain alloys. In addition, they'll follow internal procedures such as General Racking or General Cleaning, along with other technical processing.

Key Responsibilities:

The selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring we meet our customers’ needs by reviewing purchase order. Other responsibilities include, but are not limited:

· Responding to customer requests in a timely manner

· Following up on orders and shipments as needed

· Collaborate with the team to respond to lead-time requests

· Respond in a timely manner

· Review nonconformances and reach out to customers

· Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

· Proficient with Microsoft Office Products: Word, Excel and PowerPoint

· Ability to work independently and be productive without supervision

· Strong oral and written communication skills, along with the ability to work independently without supervision

Education and Experience:

· College degree preferred, or 1-3 years of relevant experience

· Hands-on experience with Electronic Resource Planning (ERP)
