Sous la supervision du chef d'équipe de production, l'opérateur(rice) aux tiges est responsable de préparer la surface des tiges de cuivre par un procédé de sablage abrasif. Cette étape est cruciale pour assurer l'adhérence des isolants et la qualité de la conductivité électrique des conducteurs de traversée.Quart du jour.

A Day In The Life

Santé, Sécurité et Entretien

- Sécurité : Porter les EPI obligatoires (protection auditive, lunettes, gants).

- Maintenance : Effectuer la maintenance de base sur les machines du poste.

Opération et Sablage

- Préparation des pièces : Identifier les tiges selon les bons de commande et protéger les zones critiques (filetages) avec des masques protecteurs.

- Ajustement : Ajuster les paramètres de la machine selon le diamètre et la finition requise.

- Exécution : Manipuler les tiges dans la cabine de sablage pour obtenir une rugosité uniforme.

Contrôle de la Qualité

- Inspection visuelle : Vérifier l’absence d’oxydation ou de zones non traitées.

- Nettoyage : Éliminer toute trace de poussière abrasive avant le transfert à l’étape suivante.
