Position Summary:

This position is primarily responsible for operating workstations and associated systems used in the manufacturing of products sold to our customers. This position is expected to work with lower-level Operators along with higher level Technicians to effectively meet or exceed expectations for product quality and production rates. In this position they must have a basic knowledge of how to set up and operate workstations, perform visual and dimensional inspections needed to manufacture the products at Cirtec.

Key Responsibilities:

- Follow established documentation for product manufacturing

- Performs in-process visual inspections with and without the use of microscopes

- Works with small devices performing various tasks on tools, fixtures, and equipment

- Makes basic measurements and math calculations relative to tolerances, dimensions

- Complies with Company, Quality & Safety standards, policies, and procedures

Education and Experience:

- High School Diploma or GED, preferred

- No medical device experience required

- Ability to read, write and comprehend English

- Ability to frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds

Shift Hours: 3:00PM to 11:30PM, Monday to Friday

Salary Range: $19 - $22/hour, plus $2 shift differential, based on experience and qualifications
