Job Summary:

At BOSS Facility Services, Inc. we pride ourselves on the high level of efficiency and effectiveness of services delivered when addressing the needs of our Clients. This individual is expected to play in the best interest of the company and will oversee the day-to-day activities and performance of the Operations Departments. We are seeking a proactive individual with strong business skills to leverage departmental strengths, strategize for growth opportunities, and coach teams to improve weaknesses. Ideal candidates are personable problem-solvers with a proven track record of leading and developing diverse teams to build and maintain successful business operations.

This is for a fulltime position and requires you to be on site Monday through Friday during the day shift. Some evenings and weekends may be required.

Duties will include but are not limited to:

Manage and supervise the day-to-day activities of the operations team to ensure smooth workflow and efficiency
Conducting employee reviews and quarterly evaluations
Monitor employee performance and metrics
Ensure that all operations comply with company policies, regulations, and safety standards
Prepare and present reports on operational performance to upper management, highlighting areas for improvement
Training staff to deliver a high standard of customer service.
Reviewing and developing quotes
Cutting PO’s and facilitating calls for clients
Monitoring incoming customer requests and following up to the point of resolution.
Ensuring information accuracy and completeness for existing accounts in company computer system.
Assist with the development of comprehensive training programs of new and current employees.
Review all financial performance of clients and contracts
Track all assets and submit recommendations for improvements


Skills and Qualifications:

Requires 3-5 years of supervisory management experience
Ability to prioritize work and handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast paced diverse and growth-orientated environment.
Self-motivated and responsible with a willingness to work outside of business hours to ensure highest level of customer service is provided.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong decision-making skills.
Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality, a must.
Detail-oriented.
Ability to work independently as well as with a team.
Proficient in Microsoft Office 365.

Individual must be highly organized, resourceful and results oriented, with the desire and ability to take the initiative and multitask in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment that is focused on growth.
