Operations Supervisor

ICL has an opening for an Operations Supervisor at its production facility in St. Louis, Missouri. As the Operations Supervisor, you will be responsible for the overall daily manufacturing supervision of a production unit, with a focus on safety, environmental compliance, and meeting financial, quality, production and customer service goals. This is a salaried, supervisory position with sixteen direct reports.

Compensation at ICL: If you are hired at ICL, your final base salary compensation will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and/or experience. We also offer a generous benefits package (more information on benefits listed below).

Salary Range: $69,000 - $90,000

Annual Bonus Target: 7%, subject to plan provisions.
