Summary
The Operations Supervisor at PROPWR is responsible for overseeing daily field operations and ensuring that all activities are conducted efficiently, safely, and in alignment with company standards and objectives. This role involves supervising field teams, coordinating maintenance activities, and supporting the Operations Manager to optimize operational effectiveness. The Operations Supervisor will work closely with team members to ensure high levels of equipment availability and reliability, while maintaining a strong focus on safety and quality standards.
Responsibilities
•Supervise field operations teams, ensuring adherence to maintenance programs and standard operating procedures.
•Coordinate daily activities and schedules of field personnel to optimize resource allocation and operational efficiency.
•Implement and enforce safety protocols and continuous improvement initiatives to foster a culture of safety and excellence.
•Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to field operations, providing insights to the Operations Manager to drive improvements.
•Assist in the deployment and maintenance of power generation packages and related equipment, ensuring timely mobilization and demobilization.
•Ensure that field personnel are adequately trained, qualified, and competent to perform their duties effectively.
•Support the Operations Manager in controlling operations and maintenance expenditures, monitoring costs, and assisting with budgetary planning.
•Utilize the CMMS program to track and manage maintenance activities, ensuring accurate documentation and reporting.
•Provide feedback to the Operations Manager, Asset Integrity team, and Engineering team regarding equipment performance and maintenance needs.
•Collaborate with the Operations Manager and other departments to implement remote operations and tactical platforms.
•Conduct performance management activities for assigned personnel, including performance reviews, training, and development plans.
•Manage time and attendance for field personnel, including approval of timecards and paid time off requests.
•Participate in the recruitment process for field personnel, collaborating with Human Resources to select qualified candidates.
•Maintain compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) policies by attending required training and meetings and ensuring team compliance.
•Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
•Associate's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience; Bachelor's degree preferred.
•Minimum of 3 years' experience in field operations, maintenance, or supervision within the gas compression, power generation, or heavy equipment industry.
•Familiarity with mobile power generation equipment and natural gas engines or turbines, preferred.
•Proven ability to lead and develop field teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
•Strong organizational, prioritization, and problem-solving skills.
•Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to influence and engage team members.
•Experience with CMMS and other operational management systems.
•Commitment to safety and quality standards.
•Ability to work collaboratively within a matrix organization and adapt to changing priorities.

•Must be willing to work a flexible schedule onsite in Midland, TX.
