As our Operations & Sales Manager, you'll work directly with the company owner and oversee all sales activity, manage our project bidding process, and mentor a growing team of Project Managers and Superintendents. This role demands strong roofing knowledge, a sharp eye for job costs and bids, and the ability to foster both customer and internal relationships. This is a full-time, in-office role based in Oakland, CA (not remote). Local candidates within ~30 miles preferred.
