What You’ll Be Doing

This role is the heartbeat of our internal operations. You’ll:

Use HubSpot, QuickBooks, and Slack daily. You’ll track deals, generate invoices, send documents, and help automate internal tasks.

Coordinate crews, inspections, materials, meetings—you’ll keep calendars clean and jobs running on time.

From creating estimates and final bills to keeping contracts and files in order, you’ll help us stay buttoned-up and cash-flow smooth.

Coordinate updates, send reminders, and make sure our clients feel informed every step of the way.

Build, clean up, and enforce SOPs so the whole team runs more efficiently. You’ll be encouraged to bring ideas—and expected to implement them.

Support hiring, onboarding, or vendor communication when needed. We’re a startup-minded team—no job is too small or too big.
