Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced Operations Photo Booth Manager to oversee and manage the logistics, staffing, and day-to-day operations of our photo booth services. Learning new software and camera settings for events. This role requires a hands-on leader with excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, capable of ensuring smooth operations across multiple events while delivering top-tier customer service. The ideal candidate will be responsible for optimizing workflows, managing event staff, and maintaining equipment to ensure seamless event execution.
This position is very tech heavy.
Key Responsibilities:
•Manage and coordinate all aspects of photo booth operations, including event scheduling, staffing, and equipment logistics.
•Ensure efficient setup, operation, and breakdown of photo booths at events.
•Develop and implement operational procedures to streamline processes and enhance service delivery.
•Recruit, train, and supervise a team of photo booth attendants and technicians.
•Schedule staff for events and ensure adequate coverage to meet client needs.
•Monitor staff performance and provide ongoing feedback and training to ensure consistent service quality.
•Client and Event Coordination:
•Collaborate with clients to understand their event requirements and customize services accordingly.
•Serve as the primary point of contact for clients on-site, ensuring all aspects of the photo booth service run smoothly and addressing any issues promptly.
•Ensure timely and effective communication with event planners, venue staff, and other stakeholders.
•Oversee the maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of photo booth equipment to ensure reliability and longevity.
•Track inventory, order supplies, and ensure all equipment is in top condition for events.
•Implement and enforce proper handling and storage of all equipment.
•Monitor operational budgets, manage expenses, and seek cost-effective solutions for equipment and staffing needs.
•Prepare and analyze performance reports for events, identifying areas for improvement in service delivery and efficiency.
•Provide insights and recommendations for optimizing operations and enhancing client satisfaction.
•Travel: for event activations 2-4x a month to various states and cities. (paid hotel, flight and car rental)
Qualifications:
•Proven experience in operations management, preferably within the event or hospitality industry.
•Strong leadership and team management skills.
•Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
•Proficiency in troubleshooting and maintaining photo booth or related technology.
•Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
•Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends, as needed for events.
This role is essential in ensuring that our photo booth services are delivered efficiently and with high customer satisfaction at every event.
