Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Operations Manager to lead our team and drive operational excellence within our organization. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in management, with a proven ability to supervise teams effectively. Responsibilities
•
Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness across all departments.
•
Develop and implement strategies for business development to enhance market presence and drive growth.
•
Supervise and mentor team members, fostering a culture of collaboration and high performance.
•
Identify opportunities for process improvement to streamline operations and reduce costs.
•
Driver and Owner Operator hiring.
•
Hold monthly staff meetings.

Qualifications
•
Proven experience in an operations management role or similar capacity.
•
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
•
Demonstrated leadership capabilities with a focus on team development and motivation.
•
Excellent analytical skills with a keen eye for process improvement opportunities.
•
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact effectively at all levels of the organization.
•
Conflict resolution skills.
•
Experience in the trucking industry.
•
Ability to work with and manage different computer programs and software.
•
Knowledge of oilfield and transportation regulations.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $140,000.00-$170,000.00 per year
