We are opening a NEW location in Lafayette area branch and looking for that START UP Operations Manager Apply today to join our LAFAYETTE team.

Here are the details:

•

Starting pay range: $80K - $90K a year.

•

Work a typical schedule of 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM Monday - Friday On Call weekends are required.

What Will You Do:

•

Day-to-day operations at the branch and help to achieve sales, customer service and profitability goals and objectives while improving productivity and efficiency

•

Build strong relationships with associates, customers and vendors

•

Develop employees and company culture by promoting mutual respect for each other, a positive regard for company growth, training, development, and retention of employees.

•

This Position will supervise 1 driver to start.

•

Support and demonstrate company culture and values with coworkers and customers

Always put safety first Job Requirements: What Skills and Experience We are Looking For:

•

2 years supervisory experience with strong leadership and decision-making skills including proven experience successfully coaching and mentoring employees.

•

Excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills

•

Demonstrated project management skills that deliver our intended scope on-time and within budget

•

Proficient in the use of computers and software (SAP, Microsoft Office, etc.)

•

The Lafayette, LA branch is a new location and will take time and effort to grow and develop into a fully functioning operation.

What Will Make You Stand Out:

•

CDL A License with tanker & hazmat endorsements are required

•

Forklift experience

•

2 years management experience in the fuel and lubricant industry

•

Knowledge of the Hampel Oil’s business and customer base
