Operations Manager

Job Title: Operations Manager – Line Sets

Reports To: General Manager

Location: Fulton, MS

Description: The Line Sets Operational Manager will lead all manufacturing, procurement, and continuous improvement efforts within the organization. The role requires a strong team leader with a passion for problem solving, data analysis, and strategic thinking.

Responsibilities: : Drive operational efficiencies through fostering a culture of performance, continuous improvement and elimination of waste. Develop a road map for strategic deployment of capital to improve quality, reliability, and automation of manufacturing processes.

: Manage critical suppliers through performance metrics, and continuously monitor inventory levels to meet market demands and budgetary goals.

: Develop alongside management annual budgetary targets. Prepare KPIs to track performance against monthly and annual targets and assume responsibility for all operating costs of the business.

: Collaborate with engineering and management to define opportunities for capital investment, and lead projects in support of driving operational reliability and automation labor-intensive processes.

Needed for Success: Foundational knowledge of lean manufacturing, effective communication and decision-making, ability to manage budgets and identify areas of opportunity

Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in STEM field required – 5+ years of management in manufacturing environment preferred

Pay: $80,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
