About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Operations Manager to oversee and manage our Operations Department. This individual will be responsible for driving operational efficiency, supporting employee lifecycle processes, and ensuring the systems and processes behind our business run smoothly. The right candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities:

- Employee Lifecycle Management: Manage onboarding, engagement, and offboarding processes.

- Payroll & HR Operations: Oversee payroll processing, including accurate and timely payments, adjustments, and bonuses.

- Reporting & Analysis: Build and maintain operational reports to track sales, performance, and business metrics.

- Process & Systems Management: Streamline workflows, oversee supply procurement, configure company devices, and manage core business systems.

- Travel & Event Coordination: Organize company travel, events, and activities to support both business and culture.

- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Finance, Sales, HR, and Technology teams to align operations with business priorities.

Qualifications:

Qualifications:

- 5+ years of experience in operations management (preferably in a multi-state or high-growth company)

- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills

- Proficiency in payroll processing and expense management

- Advanced skills in Excel; experience with SQL and Tableau preferred

- Knowledge of CRM/ERP systems (HubSpot experience a plus)

- Strong analytical, planning, and negotiation abilities

- Ability to prioritize, adapt, and deliver in a dynamic environment

Compensation & Benefits:

- Base Salary: $100,000 – $120,000
