Overview
We are seeking a strategic, technically strong Operations Manager to lead and scale our field operations and tool deployment programs. The ideal candidate will have deep experience in downhole tools, field operations, and geomechanics or petrophysics, with a proven ability to manage teams, optimize logistics, and maintain service quality in dynamic, high pressure environments. You will take the reins on our global tool deployments, lead our growing field team, and drive operational excellence as we scale. If you're able to check your ego at the door, have run wireline, pipe conveyed, or LWD jobs, lived out of a field kit, and can lead teams across time zones while staying calm under pressure — this is for you.
Integrity Insitu is a fast-growing geomechanical service provider that delivers in situ rock strength and stress data using innovative downhole technologies.
