Job Description

Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Energy Efficiency Operations Manager to support the implementation and oversight of a Business Energy Efficiency Program in PA. This role will oversee Small and Large Business Services offerings and manage subcontractors delivering customer-facing Business Support Services, including engineering support, virtual commissioning, strategic energy management, training programs and the C&I Persistent Demand Reduction Pilot.

Key Responsibilities:

- Responsible for operations and delivery of LCI & SCI Business Support Services offerings to customers, including feasibility studies, engineering support, and training.

- Oversee the demand reduction pilot

- Manage third-party financing partners and virtual commissioning subcontractors.

- Ensure program compliance, customer satisfaction, and cost-effectiveness.

- Coordinate with internal teams, trade allies, and stakeholders.

- Track performance, budgets, and reporting metrics.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree (Engineering, Energy, or related field)

- 7+ years in energy efficiency or utility program management.

- Experience with subcontractor oversight and/or program delivery.

- Familiarity with Act 129, PA TRM, and utility incentive programs.

- Strong leadership, organization, and communication, and project management skills.

- Located in Eastern Pennsylvania

$97,600.00 - $146,400.00
