About This Job

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

- Analyze operational and financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for efficiency improvements.

- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using tools such as Power BI, or similar platforms.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Finance, Engineering, Sales, Field Operations) to support data-driven initiatives.

- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to station uptime, fuel throughput, maintenance costs, and asset utilization.

- Assist in the integration and analysis of IoT and AI-generated data to enhance predictive maintenance and operational forecasting.

- Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes.

- Participate in automation projects to streamline data collection, reporting, and operational workflows.

- Prepare presentations and executive summaries for senior leadership.

- Other duties as assigned.

Education and/or Experience

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field preferred

- 2+ years of experience in operations, financial analysis, or a related analytical role preferred

- Experience with Python, R, or other data analysis tools is a plus.

- Familiarity with IoT platforms, AI applications, or SCADA systems is highly desirable

- Proficiency in Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.) is a plus

Language Skills

Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.



Mathematical Skills

Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs. Familiarity with developing algorithms a plus



Reasoning Ability

Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.



Computer Skills

Business Intelligence software, preferably Power BI, and IoT platform experience preferred. Knowledge of Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint. Ability to utilize OEM software applications.
