WHY THIS ROLE MATTERS:

In this role, the Operational Analyst will help bridge the gap between office and field operations and support more consistent and accurate data flow from our facilities. This role would be critical in improving communication, standardizing processes, and ensuring that both personnel and operational data are being captured and reported effectively. The Operations Analyst will help optimize the administrative responsibilities of the field staff, improve data quality, and enhance coordination across departments.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• Serve as a liaison between HR and Field Operations to ensure smooth coordination on new hires, terminations, and compliance requirements.

• Input and maintain operational data from facilities and field locations, including chemical usage, tracking chemical flow in facility and to customer locations, inventory levels, and maintenance activities.

• Support field supervisors with tracking personnel documentation and other HR-related tasks.

• Assist in building and maintaining reports and dashboards to provide insight into field performance and operational efficiency.

• Ensure data accuracy and consistency across facilities.

• Submitting and tracking BOL's for all facilities.

• Coordinate with other departments such as Supply Chain, Operations, and Safety to ensure timely and accurate information sharing.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

✔ Bachelor’s degree

✔ 5+ years HSE experience

✔ Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

✔ Some travel will be required to various facility locations
