Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Analyst to join our team. This role is ideal for a self-starter with a keen eye for process improvement and a hunger for growth. The Operations Analyst will play a vital role in processing contracts, enhancing operational workflows, performing data-driven analyses, and creating new, efficient processes to support our team’s success. This role is perfect for an out-of-the-box thinker who enjoys working collaboratively, identifying patterns, and finding creative workarounds to challenging problems.
Key Responsibilities:•Contract Processing: Assist in the timely and accurate processing of contracts, ensuring compliance with internal guidelines and industry standards.
•Process Improvement: Analyze existing workflows and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce errors, and support overall operational goals.
•Analytical Support: Conduct data analyses to identify trends, measure performance, and generate insights that drive informed decision-making.
•New Process Creation: Collaborate with team members to design and implement new processes that address emerging needs or improve current operations.
•Problem Solving: Identify patterns in workflows and proactively develop workarounds for any issues or inefficiencies, while keeping stakeholders informed of changes.
•Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to ensure alignment and smooth transitions in processes, acting as a bridge between teams.
•Documentation and Training: Maintain thorough documentation of workflows, processes and assist in training team members on new procedures as needed.
•Continuous Improvement Mindset: Regularly assess and suggest improvements to the overall contract management and operational procedures to keep pace with changing business needs.
Qualifications:
•Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
•1-2 years of experience in operations, contract management, or a related area.
•Strong problem-solving skills with a track record of identifying and implementing creative solutions.
•Self-starter mentality with a strong desire for professional growth and learning.
•Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
•Proven ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
•Analytical skills and familiarity with data analysis tools or software (e.g., Excel, Power BI) preferred.
•Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
•Flexible and adaptable, able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
