About the Role:
We are seeking a hands-on and detail-oriented On-Site Project Manager to oversee and coordinate a variety of commercial construction projects. This role requires both strong leadership and direct on-site involvement, often acting as the primary on-site supervisor. Flexibility is key, as many of our projects take place during off-hours or non-traditional work schedules to meet client needs and minimize operational disruptions.
You’ll be responsible for ensuring all phases of the project—planning, execution, scheduling, and client communication—are completed to the highest standards of quality and efficiency. The ideal candidate is a proactive communicator who thrives in fast-paced, team-driven environments.
Key Responsibilities:
•Serve as the on-site supervisor for most assigned projects, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and crew coordination.
•Manage and execute commercial construction projects from start to finish, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource management.
•Work during off-hours or non-standard shifts as needed based on project demands.
•Maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication, responsiveness, and high-quality project execution.
•Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to meet milestones and delivery dates.
•Review and interpret drawings and specifications to ensure alignment with client expectations.
•Track and report on project progress, timelines, and costs.
•Monitor job site safety and ensure compliance with all regulations and standards.
Qualifications:
•Experience in a commercial construction management or supervisory role.
•Availability and willingness to work during off-hours or flexible schedules as required.
•Strong leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills.
•Proficiency with project management software and Microsoft Office.
•Solid understanding of construction documents, schedules, and cost tracking.
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
•Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a high-pressure environment.
•Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
•OSHA certification and/or PMP is a plus.
