Oil & Gas Lease Operator -8/6 Schedule

MUST live within a 1-hour drive from Rankin, Tx (Requirement)

8/6 Schedule with working Days and nights

Job Summary:

Preferred and qualified candidates shall need to possess the ability and knowledge skillset to operate, monitor, and maintain lease wells and production facilities to maximize oil and gas sales and control lease operating expenses with safety at the forefront and being the most important.

Job Duties:

- Optimizing artificial lift Systems that include gas lift, ESP, rod pump, and plunger.

- Operate VRU and gas blanket systems.

- Operate transfer pumps (centrifugal and gear pumps).

- Testing wells and safety devices.

- Acquires fluid level information.

- Operates and monitors of SCADA

- Maintain and increase production levels where possible.

- Supervise the daily activities of contractors.

- Ensure Regulatory requirements are maintained.

- Maintain a safe and environmentally friendly workplace.

- Attend and participate in daily production and safety meetings.

- Must have a clean driving record to operate a company vehicle.

Qualifications:

- High School education or equivalent

- Has clear and extensive knowledge of lease operating and artificial lift operations and procedures.

- 3 years of experience in oil and gas Lease Operator

Pay: $40.00 - $42.00 per hour

Expected hours: 84.0 per week
